Once Andrea and I caught wind that the Luke’s Locker down the street from us was hosting a Barefoot Run, we took a field-trip to investigate and scout out shoe stories. On July 13, they hosted their book-signing with Prof. L. Daniel Howell, author of The Barefoot Book, and wrapped things up with a Barefoot Run on the Katy Trail. Sue Janosko, who works in marketing at Luke’s Locker, told us about the event and took pictures (she even gave us a shoe story!).
We also learned about the different types of “barefoot” shoes available. Look out for our upcoming video in which a Luke’s Locker employee gives us the Rundown…It will be on our Youtube Channel.
