Women Lace Up Tennis Shoes To March

Tennis Shoes were the shoe of choice while marching through Washington, D.C.  Activists told me that they wore them because they were comfortable and would be easy to run in “just in case there was a problem”. Boots were the second most seen shoe.  Women are going to have to wear kick-ass shoes to protect our rights and keep moving forward in the next 4 years. As Hilary Clinton said : “We Are Stronger Together. Saturday’s 600 Marches proved that. Now keep on moving forward.
